The Forever I Built Crumbled in Your Hands Episode 2. Hilda Nott gives up her medical career for love and marries factory director Kurt Shelby. However, he favors Cheryl Loeb over his own wife. He even abandons Hilda’s injured brother to help Cheryl, leading to the brother’s death. Later, he saves Cheryl from a fire but causes Hilda to miscarry. Heartbroken, Hilda divorces him and leaves. Only afterward does Kurt discover Cheryl’s deceit and realize whom he truly loves—far too late.
