Disappointed, Jim files for divorce and leaves the marriage with nothing. Upon returning to work, he revives the Axil Project and becomes the CEO of Judd Corp. He also grows close to heiress Nina Judd. Hank steals his proposal, but it ends up giving Jim the chance to shine.
