Broken Seal Episode 1. Three years ago, Rowan Vale, Supreme Pontiff of the Radiant See, fled wounded to Ashwick and was saved by Old Lord Voss. To repay the debt, he hid his identity, stayed with House Voss and secretly used Radiant See’s power to lift the family up. His nominal wife Seraphine knew nothing. Hungry for greater power, she ended their betrothal, joined Edric Stuart, heir of House Stuart, and let others humiliate Rowan as a penniless wandering healer.
